Work With Us
Bring unscripted theatre to your team, or your festival.
Custom unscripted performances, interactive team workshops, and touring festival formats, all shaped around your team, occasion, or lineup. We don't promise comedy routines or awkward trust falls. Instead, we build a room where people drop their guard, actually listen to each other, and practice creating without a script.
A Bangalore troupe since 2022, and since 2024 invited to improv festivals across Asia. See where we've played →

Why Improv Works For Teams
-
Listening to understand, not just reply
At work, people usually spend meetings planning what to say next while someone else is talking. In improv, planning ahead doesn't work. You have to listen to the last syllable before you know what comes next. That muscle carries straight back to the desk.
-
Saying "yes, and"
People learn to build on each other's ideas instead of instinctively shooting them down. Better, more collaborative conversations follow.
-
Lowering the stakes
A room where it's safe to look silly and make mistakes is a room where people feel safe taking creative risks the rest of the year.
Tell us what you have in mind
Tell us a bit about your team or event and we'll design something specific. No two sessions are the same.
