We keep the information on this site, including show dates, times, and prices, as accurate as we can, but it can change, and parts of it are pulled in live from other services. We are not liable for any loss from relying on information here that has since changed. Some links lead to other sites, such as our ticketing platform and social channels, which have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

Our Content

The name, logo, designs, text, images, and show formats on this site belong to Second Circle Consulting LLP or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without asking us first. Recording, photographing, or sharing our performances is covered by our Code of Conduct.

Tickets And Entry

  • Tickets are sold for a specific event and are not transferable to another event unless we say so.
  • Most tickets are sold through a third-party platform; their booking terms also apply to your purchase.
  • We may need to change the line-up, format, timing, or venue of an event, and now and then we may have to postpone or cancel one.
  • Entry is subject to our Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who breaches it, without a refund.
  • Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Behaviour At Events

Everyone who attends agrees to follow our Code of Conduct. Improv is live and unscripted, and the occasional adult theme or strong language may come up, as set out there.

Liability

You attend our events at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. To the extent the law allows, Second Circle Consulting LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or attendance at an event. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law And Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed.
