This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this site or come to our events, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

We try to collect as little as possible. In practice that means:

  • What you send us. If you fill in our notify form or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, usually your name and email address.
  • Event sign-ups. When you book a ticket, the booking is handled on a third-party ticketing platform, and your payment and contact details are held by them under their own privacy policy, not by us. We may receive a list of attendees for an event.
  • Messages on our channels. If you reach us through Instagram, WhatsApp, or YouTube, those platforms hold that data under their own terms.

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising trackers on it.

How We Use It

We use the information you give us only to:

  • tell you about upcoming shows, jams, and workshops when you have asked us to;
  • reply to your questions or requests;
  • run an event you have signed up for, including check-in and any access needs you tell us about;
  • keep our community safe, including handling reports made under our Code of Conduct.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers we need to run things, such as our ticketing platform, the venue for an event, and the tools we use to email you or store sign-ups. We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our community.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, and then we delete it. You can ask us to remove you from our list at any time, and any email we send you will include a way to opt out.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information of yours we hold;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • withdraw consent you have given, at any time.

Children

Some of our events are open to children and young people. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will remove it.
